We enlisted Linda to help us list our home as well as purchase a new home. She met with us to walk us through the process of selling, took pictures, and was there through closing. On the purchase side, Linda researched homes in our targeted area, took us out to look at homes for about 6 weeks and was dedicated to helping us find our "dream home". She made herself available day and night and was extremely flexible with her time as my husband's and my work schedules are opposite. Linda was available day, night, and weekends for texts, phone conversations, and meetings. I have been working with Linda for many years. She has helped myself, my parents and my sister buy/sell houses in a wide range of prices. Terrible experience with Linda! She has the negotiation skills of a novice at best! She out right refused to take a bid that she felt was too low because it "Might hurt the sellers feelings". Be warned this woman puts her own interest and the sellers interest above the buyers and i can not emphasize enough her complete lack of negotiation skills. AVOID AT ALL COST!
